Guide for Ethnic Studies Week Participation and Web Resources:
The ideas listed below are intended as possible options for K-12 Teachers, Professors and Volunteers to participate in this effort: 1) Design a curriculum for the day that embodies the spirit and content of Ethnic Studies and multicultural education. Focus on an historical or cultural event or individual(s) of significant importance that illustrate the role that people and communities have played in working towards a more racially equitable and just society.
